Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JW IT Drone Cinematography, SharePoint and Adobe Premiere Pro Preset services provided by JW IT. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organisation or entity to this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any part of the Service without the prior written consent of the Company.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
